2018 Iriji Festival & Fundraiser, August 2-5

SAVE THE DATE: August 2 – 5, 2018

Afikpo Organization, Inc. (AOI) cordially invites you to our 2018 New Yam Festival and Medical Mission Fundraiser.

Celebrate our cultural heritage. Reconnect with loved ones and town folks. Help the needy. And have fun!!

This annual event will take place in Rochester, NY. ALL members are invited and expected to attend. Bring your family and guests.

August 3rd, 2018

Niagara Falls Trip

Hotel Pick Up and Transport to Niagara Falls (US Side): 8:30 am – 10 am

Tour of Niagara Falls: 10 am – 2 pm

Transfer back to Hotel: 2 pm – 3:30 pm

New Yam Festival Picnic – 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Veterans Memorial Park – Roberts Cabin

Annual Organization Meeting – 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The rate for single/double occupancy is $94 per night for rooms booked August 2nd to August 5th. It will include vouchers for breakfast.

The deadline to reserve your room at the discounted rate is July 13, 2018.

Please Pay Your Annual Dues and Iriji Fees – Very Important

We encourage all members to pay their mandatory annual dues and Iriji fees. Annual dues are $100.00 per adult. Iriji fees are $25.00 for a single person and $50.00 per family. Please remember that your annual dues are to be paid even if you do not attend Iriji. Payment for dues and Iriji fees can be accomplished in three ways:
